Each of our talented and qualified team members has a strong work ethic, as well as being committed to our clients' needs. We work as a team and have a family oriented approach to business.

The LPA team consists of members who are all solution driven. Understanding our staff's strengths, LPA is able to better serve our clients. We empower our staff to work above and beyond their current positions.

Our staff is required to complete 3-6 hours of education seminars each year. We also conduct field trips to construction sites several times a year for educate of specific site conditions. These seminars and field trips are designed to make our staff more knowledgeable so each employee is equipped with all needed information to solve all our clients' needs.
