RESIDENTIAL ENGINEERING

Our residential engineering department is experienced in the design of both high-end custom homes as well as production homes for volume builders. Working with volume builders has sharpened our engineering designs to be safe yet budget conscience. Our clients include: owners, developers, architects, and builders. Our builder friendly engineering standards and construction methods were developed based on our field experience and building official input.

To assist our clients we have developed a state of the art web based application, webPM. This application allows our clients to monitor and manage their projects throughout the engineering process by providing up-to-date delivery schedules as design sensitive information is received. Also, once a job is finished, a PDF copy of the engineering is emailed to client.
