CLIENT ACCESS

Out clients are able to access our company through both our FTP site or project management web application.

FTP, or File Transfer Protocol, is the simplest and most secure way to exchange company sensitive information. With login access our clients easily transfer their large data files.

Our project management application allows our clients the ability to monitor and manage their own projects. This application gives an expected delivery date based on our client's delivery schedule, which is updated once time sensitive design material has been received and as we go through the design process. Clients can login to see percentage complete. Structural and truss engineering codumentation is available for download in PDF format. We also post the results of our production delivery times for both truss and structural engineering yielding total days project was worked on for each company. Invoice tracking has also been added for your convenience of knowing the status of all invoices.
